Sony has produced the world’s lightest interchangeable lens camera with WiFi. The brand new Sony α5000 Weighs less than 8oz., the camera packs a tremendous amount of shooting power within its lightweight frame. The camera features a 20.1 megapixel APS-C censor paired with a new BIONZ X processor. The built-in WiFi allows the camera to be connected to Xperia or NFC-enabled Android smartphones for instant image transfers. In terms of lenses, the camera is compatible with Sony’s growing family of E-mount interchangeable lenses — 22 in total. The camera will drop in March, available in silver, black, or white finishes.
