Grime OG P Money has been repping the culture for nearly ten years! Worked with the top artists, shelled down the biggest venues and shows and clashed on the legendary Lord of the Mics platform and all of this without dropping an album. P Money’s debut album Live and Direct is here and the tracklist alone is an indication of the Lewisham Lyricist’s position in the game. Features from Stormzy Wiley, JME and Solo 45 are not easy to get for any artist and P Money makes those tracks slot into the project that pieces of the puzzle instead of stand alone bonus tracks that you find on some feature heavy projects.
Keeping to his true roots ‘Live and Direct features his crew the ‘OG’z on track Mans involved. The project is a well constructed body of work with skits from his son Carter and the tribute track ‘Credits’ that shows P Moneys appreciation for the love he’s been shown in the game. These additions show the human side of the hard bodied barrer. Â With 15 tracks the project is definitely a must have piece of the culture for true Grime fans and P money fans alike.
