After the appearance of leaked images and Instagram teasers Nike have unveiled their official lookbook for the PIGALLE X NIKE Collaboration.
Dubbed the Nike x PPP collection (Pain O ChoKolat, PIGALLE Paris and Pompon) the collection features Nike Air force 1 silhouettes with matching tank tops and shorts. Celebrating both brands mutual adoration of all things Basketball and the game’s unique ability to unite people from diverse cultures, the collection was given creative guidance from Stéphane Ashpool, founding PPP crew member and also a PRo basketball player.
The Air Force 1 Hi and Air Force 1 Low are formed of leather uppers coated in a wax finish that will eventually breakdown with wear to give them the worn look that is familiar with basketball sneakers that have been used on court over time. Complimenting the sneakers are cotton shorts and basketball vests, tie dyed in two different colourways and matched with a two tone black and white basketball and cap. THe Nike X PPP Collection drops on Saturday April 26th.
