The Huarache has undergone the evolution process in a big way this year with the introduction of varients such as the Huarche Utility and also the adoption of Nike iD. Well for 2016 the sportswear brand are introducing their latest development on the iconic runner, the new Air Huarache Ultra.
The Air Huarache Ultra retains the original’s revolutionary DNA whilst fusing together contemporary features. The logo placement, bootie construction, heel stabiliser and dotted heel are intact as well as additions such as A Flywire cord lacing system, and a change in aesthetics with the shoe’s classic dotted pattern now owing the entire midsole unit. The rubber elements of the OG huarache are now minimal too, leaving only the tip and heel of the outsole.
