Ministry of Sound, the world’s largest independent music company, has announced the launch of what they believe will be the UK’s most sought after internship. The six month scheme will pay successful candidates the London Living wage (£9.15 per hour) and include DJ masterclasses and free entry to the famous Ministry of Sound super club for the duration of the internship.

The world renowned business, based in London’s Elephant and Castle, will take on seven interns across their radio, compilations, club, creative, digital, finance and tours & events departments. Applicants have a three week window to apply for the scheme from Monday 16th February.

During the internship, each intern will be responsible for developing their own unique project which they will present to Ministry of Sound’s CEO, Lohan Presenter. Hopefuls can apply via the Ministry of Sound careers website with a 140 character cover letter, to creatively demonstrate why they should be selected. Hopefuls are then invited to share this on social media channels using the hashtag #MinistryNeedsMe.

To apply for the internship programme or for more information, keep an eye on Ministry of Sound’s Twitter feed and their careers website: www.ministryofsound.com/about/careers
