Following the successful launch with Ashley Walters, G-SHOCK and CODE + CULTURE return with the second instalment of the G-SHOCK SESSIONS, celebrating the journeys of UK creatives who have defied the odds to become outstanding in their field.

Chosen for their ‘Never Give Up’ ethos, SESSIONS guests deliver unique and inspiring insights into how they pushed through external forces and reached their goals, overcoming social,

cultural and institutional barriers in the process.

As the creative and cultural industries face increasingly challenging times, the aim is that the SESSIONS go some way to help young, diverse creatives of all disciplines find inspiration

and re- connect with their unbreakable spirit.
The second G-SHOCK SESSION sees BBC Radio DJ and Future Bounce label founder Jamz Supernova, curate an exceptional and inspiring line-up set to provide the young, creative DIY Generation with advice and guidance from industry vets, followed by a DJ set from from the Future Bounce Label talent, SOLA.

DIY Handbook Roundtable: The Power of Saying No

In this special edition G-SHOCK SESSION, Jamz brings her DIY Handbook Podcast to life, with a roundtable discussion with inspirational friends and industry mentors

including Toddla-T, Percelle Ascott and Otegha Uwagba.

In an insightful yet relatable conversation, they will dig deep into the experiences and real-life anecdotes that have shaped them personally and professionally and reflect on the character- building and path-defining life lessons. Just like the podcast itself, this G-SHOCK SESSION will be a practical and comforting toolkit to dig into when faced with some of life’s most challenging obstacles on the pathway to achievement.
