Footpatrol, the UK Sneaker Boutique that is a friend to all sneaker brands has teamed up with Reebok again to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the classic Ventilator silhouette.
The ‘Hotstepper’ Ventilator has been constructed with materials that you will find in an average gym, in particular the Step.
A fresh white terry towel material on the upper fuses with porcelain and crystal blue synthetic suede on the overlays, with hits of purple and red on the heel, sole unit and mid foot. The textured upper sits on top of a white midsole with contrasting hits of retro colour on the outsole.
The touches that make this collab stand out are embroidered Reebok branding on the tongue and side panels, two dual branded flippable woven tongue labels ( inspired by the information labels found on gym clothes) , which detail the material specs of the sneakers.
as with most Footpatrol collabs there are some added extras in the box, you get custom Gasmask rubber swing-tags and three sets of rope laces which pay homage to the whistle neck ties used by the swimming pool lifeguards at a leisure centre.
