Amsterdam based footwear brand Filling Pieces have showcased the second drop of their SS14 collection in a lookbook that boasts updated colourways, textures and attention to detail. Featured in the collection are some of the brand’s signature silhouettes, like the Desert Boot and Mountain Cut Runner, which are now found in an array of textures and earthy tones. From smooth and detailed embossed leather to the more interesting mesh, suede and speciality artisan wrinkled leather effect, the newest instalment of the range emphasises the gap between high end luxury and streetwear, which the hand-made collection manages to fill. The full collection will soon be available on the brand’s online store, as well as selected retailers.
