In case in 2016 none of us are aware that saying the N word when you are not black in public is seen as highly offensive racist behaviour by our peers then Dappy’s latest blunder should remind us all.
The former N-Dubz singer/rapper has just dropped his new solo project ‘Eros Apollo’ and to promote it he finally gave his fans the much anticipated third instalment of his Tarzan Freestyle series Tarzan 3. With a crew of mandem standing behind him the North London rapper opened the freestyle with probably the most controversial line he could of used in a year that has seen some pretty serious racist incidents become media sensations,
‘You aint Racist ‘You’ve got black friends, I’m not racist I’ve got black BM’s, fuck it shout out to all of my nigga’s thats locked in the slammer’
The video was dropped on LinkupTV on Sunday but the line wasn’t picked up by most viewers until yesterday when angry fans hit Twitter to vent their frustrations and condemn Dappy for using the N word in such a casual manner.
