Who said ‘one good deed deserves another’ is just a saying? Notoriously private and elusive Street Artist Banksy has just given a stranger a £20,000 gift for helping him pick up his paints on the train.  14-year-old Ben Azarya is the envy of all his friends right now as the teenager not only got to meet one of the most famous Street artists of all time that has never taken a picture or been identified but he was also given a painting that if it turns out to be genuine could fetch up to £20,000 at Auction.

A white man in his late 40’s with “scruffy clothes” and an old, fluffy hat, a pair of paint splattered jeans dropped some spray cans on a train in Cumbria and Ben bent down and picked them up for him the man introduced himself as Robin Banks and asked Ben if he knew who he was, when Ben said no The Street Artist gave him a piece of paper with a painting of a Flower thrower with coloured brush strokes, signed it and said ‘Have a good life brother’ When Ben Googled the name Robin Banks it came up as an alias for Banksy.

Bonhams Auction house has advised Ben to get the print authenticated and Ben wants to buy a new phone with his money, Jheez what a Lucky guy!

*Update* Just before uploading this story a spokesman for Banksy has stated that the Street Artist denies meeting Ben and says that “its got nothing to do with, he nows nothing about it – But if you were trying to remain anonymous you wouldn’t really admit that the description is you would you now?
