While Bryan Cranston‘s critically-acclaimed run as Walter White may have come to an end, the Breaking Bad star has turned up in a more unexpected role: the narrator for Apple‘s first iPad Air television commercial. Simply entitled “Pencil,” the minute-long piece artfully compares the thin and powerful tablet to the ubiquitous combo of wood and graphite. The iPad Air is set to drop at Apple’s retail stores and online on November 1 while Cranston is due to appear in next year’s highly-anticipated Godzilla reboot.
