Nike’s recent surprise announcement to push forward the release of the Air Jordan 11 Retro to December 12th has created discussion as to whether the Yeezy Boost 750 “Black” release has posed a threat to Nike’s retro release. It has now been announced the Air Jordan 8 “Chrome” release date has also been pushed forward by a week, expected to hit the stores December 19th alongside the Yeezy Boost 750 sparking a competition between the Winter sneakers. The Air Jordan sneaker features a black-based upper and chrome-like accents throughout the shoe, accompanied with adjustable ankle straps.
