Sneaker customisers are becoming an increasingly popular avenue to turn to now that sneaker releases are increasingly harder to get involved in, unless you are a teenager willing to camp outside shops or an owner of a bot. And with the increase in demand for their services sees the customisers being more and more creative in search of the exclusivity tag for their work.

Jack The Ripper has just reimagined the Air Jordan 1 with BAPE’s signature camo print. Not only has he created something that will be popular with the fashion  conscious sneakerheads but he has tackled the elusive “Banned” colourway that saw a re-release earlier this year showing his skill and knowledge of whats popping. The custom silhouette has overlays of black and red camo throughout the upper with the iconic Nike Swoosh Branding being replaced by the classic BAPESTA’s star motif. The attention to detail includes deer lining and custom tags to finish the look. We have some images of the sneaker below and take a look at more of Jack the Ripper’s work here.
