Marc Jacobs is in hot water, adidas are accusing the designer of trying to rip off their trademark 3 stripes branding in his latest collection of Sweaters. The Sportswear brand is seeking to cease production of the collection and gain compensation for statutory damages, due to the fact that they state they have ‘spent millions of dollars to promote the trademark to become instantly recognisable worldwide.
