UK Rap artist Gfrsh has made a lot of moves in the UK scene; he started out independently from the bottom, rapping in cipher style street videos with other upcoming UK artists and kept his momentum going with mixtapes ‘Lego man’ and ‘Purgatory’. As well as Music the privately educated South Londoner made clever entrepreneurial moves like starting Frshwear clothing and video production company Frsh productions. Gfrsh is now signed to UK record label Parlophone/EMI/Disturbing London, the home of Tinie Tempah and Sasha Keable and has enjoyed a host of collaborations with his labelmates on tours and at live performances as well as jumping on fellow rappers Krept and Konan’s UK banger ‘Don’t Waste My Time Remix”. UK Youth Broadcasting Channel, Link up TV caught up with the rapper to discuss the UK Music industry, the merits of being signed, and his upcoming E.P Alfie. Gfrsh shows that his insight into what his going on behind the music and his love for current Music are what are keeping him in the game.
