This is Israeli street artist Jack – TML part of the Meaningless. His work is a very illustrative distortion of emotional portraiture. Most of his characters are between comic and tragic. The characters are based in very silly situation but keep themselves very serious, Jack TML describes this as how humans are, as we take ourselves too seriously. The form of displaying his art is a street art way very much compliments the meanings and the visuals of his work. 
Jack TML stands for Three Meaningless Letters or TheMeaningLess. TML is like life itself: is a joke. It’s about nothing and the lack of human ability or desire to look for meaning in life or art.
