The Air Jordan 6 was originally released in 1991, famed as the sneaker that Michael Jordan wore when he won his first NBA Championship 23 years ago. To celebrate this anniversary, the Air Jordan 6 is reissuing the iconic ‘Infrared’ colourway in the original white leather version that all Jordan fans have been waiting for. As well as this original design, the brand are also introducing a new colourway into the mix named ‘Infrared 23’, an all red leather version with black detailing on the midsole, heel and tongue as well as icy blue outsoles. As if the new aesthetics weren’t exciting enough, it is also said that both the reissued Air Jordan 6 has been technically improved too, including a well cushioned interior and better ventilation, whilst being accompanied by a new clothing range.

The White Air Jordan 6 ‘Infrared’ will be available on February 15 at Jordan retailers (Urban Industry, End, 5pointz, Crooked Tongues etc), while the newer ‘Infrared 23’ will be available via Twitter link only.
