Skepta has been at the pinnacle of success in the last few years, touring around the world, winning awards & welcoming a OVO x BBK link up. Skeppy has been relatively quiet on the music sides of things but it seems we may be in for a treat in the coming week.
Skep teased fans with a series of instagram pictures on Monday all titled ‘MAINS’ on them with a caption dated ‘ 26/June/2017’ along with the handle @MainsLondon which leads to a a page with 3 pictures of Skepta. The whole project is a bit cryptic and there is evidence that Skepta has been working on this particular clothing project for a while now. The pictures show MAINS green tracksuit which Skep took a minimalist approach with this design. There are no big logos or graphics on the piece, just some well-placed seams and rope embroidery going from the shoulders down the sleeves.

The project has been very cryptic since it was first previewed in December 2016 with a picture from Marrakech with the caption ‘Certy fabrics only. #MAINS 2017′. There is also a website for the MAINS project which consists of a short video following a group around Marrakech, directed by Dexter Navy.
