Birmingham’s premier UK Streetwear and Fashion designer exhibition returns for its first event of 2017. The UK Designer Expo came onto the growing UK Streetwear and Fashion scene in 2015 with their first event at Boxxed, Digbeth, a creative space minutes away from Birmingham City Centre. In 2016 the Expo branched out to participate in the Birmingham Caribbean Food & Culture Festival main stage show attracting a whole new audience and cementing itself as a part of Birmingham’s Culture. With Streetwear designers jumping in the game more than ever the brand has been an essential platform for brands to launch to a real audience and gain essential feedback.
The UK Designer Expo hosted a pop- up-shop at the Iconic Bull Ring shopping Centre in Birmingham featuring Hoodrich, Ona Mad One, Knowhope, SOA, KHZARI & more, once again reaching a more diverse audience and exposing their brands to a ready to buy retail audience.
On May 13th the team return to Boxxed, Digbeth to do it all again, this time with over 20 upcoming UK brands, a fully licensed bar and street food vendors, making sure you will be well refueled while you are browsing the brands, and of course the freshest mixes from Birmingham’s Top Dj’s. The brands you can expect to see include Hoodlab, Bosses & Generals, The Affinity Shop, Lost On Green Mile, Finesser Clothing and Dank of England.
We will also be down at this years event to talk to introduce ourselves to a Birmingham audience and network with brands as well as showcasing our Classic Trapped Magazine Merchandise.
