Images of this pair of Air Jordan 4s have been floating around the internet for a fair amount of time now, however there is a slight difference between the retail pair and the old images. Dubbed the Air Jordan 4 Raptors rumours state that the shoe was supposed to be a collaboration between Drake and Jordan Brand and even had the Toronto rappers signature on the tongue. We all know about Drizzy’s potential move to the three stripes which many people believe was cancelled after the Pusha T beef. This shock exit from JB meant that they would have to come up with a new concept for the sneaker. Thankfully however the shoe will be releasing just with one slight tweak,
The Raptors Air Jordan 4 will be releasing on Saturday the 18th of August, though this pair of Jordan 4s will not attract the amount of hype as an official Drake collab, but it’s hard to deny they are not fire. The sneakers black nubuck upper is offset by the NBA Raptors signature colourways. The red and purple hits pop against the black upper. Expect these to sell out quickly as they are an NRG release and for everything else Jordan related be sure to keep it locked to Trapped Magazine.
