The rumoured Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration has been on pretty much everyone’s mouth since potential pieces from the collab were leaked. Nothing, however was confirmed until the Louis Vuitton men’s Fall 2017 show where the collab was finally revealed. The merging of the brands and two specific audiences- high fashion fans and streetwear fan has created a huge stir for what the brands had instore.

The collection features denim, scarves, bags, small leather goods and accessories all embellished with the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram and Supreme box logo. There are six styles of bags in the collection, including the iconic duffle bag, backpack, fanny pack and messenger bag. They come in three colour ways: red/black Epi leather or a camouflage fabric, all bearing the Supreme graphic.

There are also scarves thrown in and smaller goods such as wallets and Louis trunk style iPhone cases which have quickly found popularity amongst fans. The collab also features a bespoke skateboard, staying true to Supreme’s roots or maybe just poking fun at a lawsuit between the brands in 2000s.

Notably, some pieces drew attention, unlisted on look sheets but worn by attendees to the show including the likes of Travis Scott who showed off a pair of gloves as well as a Supreme x LV Supreme box logo. A highly anticipated item that left streetwear fans salivating. Ambush Co-founder, Yoon, also showed off a Supreme x LV snapback.

Unlike previous Supreme collabs, this one won’t be garnering ques outside their Soho flagship store or crashing the online store server. The collection is one off and will be sold exclusively through select Louis Vuitton stores on the 17th of July.
