The Xmas holidays are a good time to be inspired and do some self reflection, Rapper Kid Cudi is the latest Music artist to deliver a TED Talk. The Ohio native returned to his high school to inspire the students and talk about his road to success. The powerful talk covered topics such as the importance of dream-chasing, the trials of moving to NYC at a young age and how it shaped him as an artist and the inspiration he draws from his daughter Vada.
“At one point I didn’t feel like I was smart enough to pass that test, or I didn’t feel like I was smart enough to go this college,” Cudi said of his path. “With music it was like, nobody’s going to take that from me.”
