Yesterday was the YEEZY SEASON 5 showcase at Pier 59 in New York City. As expected the the range brought in a celeb filled crowd, all waiting eagerly to see what Kanye and the adidas team had cooked up for this season. The oversized post-apocalyptic clothing has been refreshed and nearly phased out for Season 5 and in its place are new graphical references and sportswear attire.
The team also debuted the Calabasas-branded items, which have been making rounds on social media. The biggest reveal of the show was a new pair of chunky runners that draw influences from sportswear styles of the past. A standout feature for us was that Kanye made his relationship with adidas evident by including variations of the Three Stripes logo included on several pieces.
