Today was a big drop for Music and fashion fans, no not another Kanye West or Push T drop something that birthed the idea of today’s form of expressions we know as music, a homage to Reggae and in particular a homage to Barrington Levy & Jah Life. Supreme are the culture curators of the streetwear world, with each drop they fuse their streetwear / skatewear essentials with key components of popular culture and with this drop they showed that their usual fanbase that queue for hours outside their stores worldwide and bot the hell out of their website were not too tuned into reggae culture at all, cos this was quite simply put, the easiest cop to date.
Basement team member Alex Williams was down at the drop with some familiar faces including rapper Skyy i and Fresh Laces Co-founders Nathan and Louis to shoot a nice editorial with some of the pieces that were available. Check out the pics below and make sure to check out the homies The Basement.
