This afternoon we went down to check out the Young Thug #SlimeLand Pop-up Shop in Camden market. Young Thug is currently supporting Drake on his ‘Boy Meets World’ European tour. Why not make the most of it and give the UK fans a taste of the ATL merch, ey?
Speaking to a few people in the queue they were gassed about grabbing some Thugga merch . We could see the buzz from people’s faces when they stepped out of the store with the freshest garms!
As we entered the store the DJ was mixing the hottest hip-hop and Thugga tunes with green smile dripping off his DJ deck followed by the trippy purple lighting of the whole shop gave us the real ‘Slime Season’ feel.
The collection features : T- Shirts (£25) – Short sleeve Slime, Lollipop , Thugger ‘Lean’ , ‘Now my B*tch A Barbie, Woah’ with a ‘Slime Season’ long sleeve all in a black colourway with the Skull tee in a white and red colourway. There was also a ‘Black Thugga Skull’ sweatshirt (£50) along with a denim ‘Young Thug’ stitched logo jacket (£150) in the collection. Other items in the collection included a black ‘Y Thug’ logo tote bag (£20), and ‘Barbie, Woah’ Snapback (£20).
Trying on the clothes, you could instantly feel that the clothes were made using good quality materials. The printing on the t-shirts was crisp and the fit of the tees were true to size. The denim jacket is made of heavy denim and the logo was stitched into the jacket as appose to being printed.
Make sure you check out the store, open Tomorrow & Sunday (4th & 5th Feb). Word is, Young Thug will be making an appearance tomorrow at some point so get down there early!
