Fresh off dropping new track, ‘Is This Freedom?’ and receiving a nod at this year’s BET awards, Simz is back with the visuals for ‘Guess Who’.
“These are NOT music videos,” Simz writes on the YouTube video’s description, “rather they are moments in time captured in one shot!” making reference to her SHOT 101 video series. The video, directed by Versetti, is a stylistic video incorporating a number of colours and sees Little Simz and her Space Age family – Josh Arcé, Chuck20 and Tilla, trading verses over the melodic Sigurd instrumental. Simz flow and delivery prove why the hype around her name is valid at the moment and that she’s having fun at the same time.
Simz is due to drop her long awaited debut album towards the end of this year and will be touring the UK and beyond on her AGE 101: Drop The World this summer, including performing at Wireless, Lovebox and Outlook.
