Santan Dave is keeping the momentum of his already massive 2017 by dropping new visuals for “Revenge”. There is a strong video game presence throughout the track and video which starts with the message “A Game Presented To You By Neighbourhood” in the old school Nintendo font. Samples from classics like Super Mario are also sprinkled across the beat for good measure. Dave provides his usual delivery to air his grievances about various topics including those who criticise his ambition.
The Thiago Silva rapper has actually just finished touring the UK and the US in a string of sold out dates. Could 2017 see the follow up to his debut EP “6 Paths”, only time will tell; for now we can see that Dave is on the right path with “Revenge”.
