This year’s Red Bull Culture Clash celebrated the finest artists we have today, ranging from Grime, Hip-hop, Reggae and Drum’ n ‘Bass. This year’s attendance of 20,000 people shows how major this event has become. All 20,000 people where there for one reason! To see four Musical titans collide and one emerge victorious.

Representing UK Grime was defending champions ‘Boy Better Know (BBK)’. Squaring up to BBK was A$AP MOBB, ‘Stone Love’ and Bass super group, ‘Rebel Sound’.

This event certainly didn’t disappoint with appearances from half of the UK Grime Scene including MOBO winners Stormzy and Krept & Konan on behalf of BBK, some killer Dubplate’s courtesy of Rebel Sound’s veteran clash member Sir David Rodigan, including Emile Sande swearing at BBK and a shock appearance from Boy Better Know’s Close friend Tempa T spitting for Rebel Sound, sending the whole crowd crazy and unsettling the Former Champions. eventually Rebel Sound formed of Shy FX, Chase and Status and David Rodigan were crowned the champions.

This event proved to be very entertaining, and it also proved that The UK music scene can go head to head with any other scene in the world!
