Applications for Nando’s 2018 Music Exchange workshop opened today, offering budding musicians the opportunity of their life from Monday 4th – Thursday 7th June 2018.
Nando’s Music Exchange 2018; a programme which inspires the exchange of global music influences through mentoring, workshops and explosive events; has previously seen the likes of Stormzy and Ella Eyre mentor young artists.
BBC Radio 1Xtra’s DJ Sian Anderson has been named the first celeb mentor for the Nando’s project after huge success running her own mentoring programme, FLOOR SIXX Music Academy who had some of the littest party’s!
Speaking after the news dropped, Sian said “As someone who benefitted from having industry mentors at a young age, I’m extra passionate about supporting the next generation of artists with what I’ve learnt along the way.
“Nando’s Music Exchange provides a really unique opportunity for artists to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, influences and experiences. Last year’s collaborations produced some very impressive tracks, so I’m looking forward to hearing what this year brings.”
