The GOAT LeBron James has signed to the Los Angeles Lakers for $154 Million, his agency Klutch Sports Group revealed on Sunday via Twitter.
Speculation surrounded James’ next destination after he turned down a $35.6 Million contract with the Cavs for next season. On Sunday, The Lakers secured the four-time MBP & 14 time All Star after his impressive second spell at the Cleveland Cavaliers after carrying them to the NBA finals this year & famously completing an epic comeback from a 3-1 series deficit to snatch the NBA title in 2016.
This is the longest contract he will have inked since the era of The Decision and his signing of a six-year contract with Miami Heat back in July 2010.
Can The King win an NBA title with the third team? Can he conquer the Western Conference? Let the GOAT do his talking on the pitch.
