The UK Grime Scene has had a lot of good exposure throughout 2014 with MOBO Winners, Red Bull Culture Clashes and Lord of the Mics 6, but what has been missing totally is any beef or confrontations, which come on admit it we all like to see as these people are supposed to be representing our culture and we all know on the roads there’s beef every day.
The only surprise for us is who stepped up, Lady Lykez is not really a household name yet and for her to roll up her sleeves and make a ‘Nobody Can’ going at Ghetts, Meridian Dan, Krept & Konan and Stormzy at this stage in her career is a big risk, but we say Big up to You!” cos the game needs shaking up now and again, take a listen and we will keep digging to find out if theres any real steam to this beef or if its another attempt for an artist to get attention.
