The current show at the new location of the Stolen Space gallery is by Tokyo based artist Haroshi. The show is called ‘Pain’, it is a look into how emotional pain can be a motivational force to create great art. He has created sculptures that are positioned in painful reenactments. Haroshi has been using used skateboard decks to create his work for over 10 years. His use of the deck is imaginative genius. It is an unconventional response to how the deck was originally used. Combining his eye for detail and range of colours this looks like an amazing body of work.
The show started on the 10th of October and will run until the 3rd of November, at the Stolen Space gallery, Osborn Street, London.
