A producer, DJ, and label manager, the Londoner specializes in all forms of dance music – deep & soulful house, garage, experimental bass – but his deep house cuts are the ones earning him kudos, such as his unofficial remix of Miguel’s “Adorn”. Since its release in January, it has gained support from platforms like BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Choice FM, Rinse FM, MTV IGGY and SBTV, and recently received the official nod from the R&B artist himself, and has become a must-have for many-a-deep house DJ. DJ S.K.T isn’t new to the game, though, if you are a regular raver you will know his single “Everything you Do” which was signed to AATW/Universal.
DJ S.K.T has just released his highly anticipated new EP on Audio Rehab/Rinse and has also put out an 18 track mixed CD comprised of all his new material plus previously unheard material from this year. When he’s not making music, DJ S.K.T is CEO of Music label, Up-Tempo Records, working with artists including J-SoL, Cashtastic, Shaun Escoffery, Stylo G, DDark and many more. The label has had tracks playlisted on Choice FM and Rinse FM, music videos playlisted on MTV Base as well as chart positions on several tracks in Music Week.
